  Everyone here is really nice and helpful. I don't know anything about bikes and they were really great showing me what to do to take my wheel on and off without making me feel stupid. Highly recommend!

  Staff at this store are great - they're always keen to help, even when it doesn't involve a big sale. They seem generally interested in bikes and people who use them.

  I purchased some clothing from 99 Bikes in Fitzroy North. Madison firstly, congratulated me on my selections, made me aware of discounts available, signed me up to their club, invited me to the group ride, asked about my bike with genuine interest and all this with a smile on her face. I spent more than I intended and felt great about it. I will defintely be back

  Absolutely awesome service. Helped me with my rear mech and buckled wheel in order to get home. Also had great deals and the staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the best bike shops I've been to.
